While I do not go here often I would say the store is less tidy than say RK's I've been to and generally have found their selection to not be as grand as RK. I don't think it's a terrible place to be just a place I wouldn't put on the top of my list when looking for a farm store. An example of this is their fluids section. You would think as a farm store they would have decent selection of oils and other key farm fluids of all kinds on tap.

These guys rock. Always super helpful, and they ask about how my projects are going when I come back and forth for more materials. Just got a bunch of chicks from here last week, and they're doing great!

I won’t be back. Of two separate occasions and 3-4 staff members I talked with all of them were friendly but clueless about chickens. The second time I went I purchased a few more premium pullets, but the guy grabbed one that was much smaller than I would have liked-looked only a couple of days old it was so small. I didn’t complain and just smiled and left. Before I did, I was present for a conversation where a woman asked him for the price of the ducks and he told her “turkeys cost x.” She gave him a weird look (deservedly-she hadn’t asked about turkeys) and told him the ducks were overcrowded and chewing on each other. The next day I found that the small chick had died. The others were fine. I contacted the store because online it says they have a return policy of a few days up to a week for chicks, and was told that they do not. I paid for a chick I hadn’t pointed out, that was snagged by a guy who couldn’t pick up the chicken I asked for or answer a question about a duck. It may sell farm equipment and small animals, but this is not a family style farm store that cares about its customers or service.

Just delivered here this morning and I must say everyone im sure i interacted with all the employees, and all of them were very nice. Especially the cashier from the time I walked in she was welcoming and eager to help! Seth was equally as nice and mannerable. It makes my job easier when people are so friendly! This store is 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend!
