The vet and staff were very attentive to Kiwi’s needs. The examination was thorough and the vet seems to have accurate knowledge in treating psittacines. Kiwi is already feeling much better!

The people here are amazing and truly care for the animals, the prices aren’t crazy and they go above and beyond to help. My rabbit recently passed and Diane and the staff made sure I had everything I needed to know about getting him a necropsy, and even going out of their way to pick him up in pearl after the necropsy was done. Gus Gus(my rabbit) had been seen by them before and when I called to tell them they knew who I was without saying on the phone and had my papers ready when I got there. When Gus was alive and being treated by them they were clearly specialized on rabbit care which can be hard to find and they were so nice. They treated him and me amazingly and would recommend to anyone looking for a vet.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care Town and Country provided to my three-year-old tortoise following a recent dog attack. I was so concerned when I brought him in, but their team’s expertise and compassion truly saved him. Beyond getting him healthy again, I was deeply moved by how genuinely kind every member of the staff was throughout the entire process. They made me feel incredibly welcome and supported during a very stressful time. I want to thank Them all for their professionalism and for the wonderful work they do.

I love Town and Country! Everyone provides so much love to my dog, Odin, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I’ve worked with them multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The vets are great at communicating and providing evidence-based recommendations. Odin LOVES going to the vet because every time he knows he will get lots of loves and cuddles from the staff there. Thanks to working with them, especially Dr Ebers, we’ve been able to rehabilitate my blind old Odin. He went from being a long-time shelter stay who couldn’t walk in a straight line and was terrified of stairs, to a dog who can trot a couple miles and climb a few flights of stairs! They helped me through a bunch of the rehabilitation process, making sure that his joints and strength were improving smoothly. He enjoys so much of life thanks to all the progress he has made.

T&C was recommended to me a few years ago. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Ebers takes such care of my babies as does all the other vets and techs! Great place for your sweet babies to go!!
