Very friendly staff, they did an amazing job with our dog, bath and nail trim, then she had a play day.

The name says it all, it is the Top pet resort in Santa Fe! Every interaction from thr phone to in person felt like we were family. We were reluctant to leave our dog anywhere but the moment we walked in our guard was down. He was greeted by name and with the needed space he needed for first introduction. The kennel smelled so fresh, no chemical smells at all. We were given a tour of the facility and learned how safe it was for all the pets staying. Triple fenced! The kennels were indoor and outdoor, made with limestone not concrete. I can not stress enough how well kept, organized and safe this facility is. The staff was very kind to us and watching thr interaction of the staff with the owner showed how much respect they have for one another which to us meant they have respect for our baby and us. If you are traveling to Santa Fe or live there this is the place to keep your precious fur babies. They care more than I can expressed. They truly are Top Dog!

I visited many of the local boarding kennels prior to deciding to board our Pomeranian at Top Dog. This kennel works best for what we believe is the healthiest, safest and structured environment for our little dog. The facility was by far the most modern and clean of any I visited. We like that they do not commingle the dogs. That is much safer for the dogs and handlers. The dogs have access to outside space on rock limestone from each kennel. They also groomed our dog prior to him coming home and did an excellent job. When Boots came home after a 5 day stay he was happy and healthy, no stress or viruses. This will be our boarding kennel of choice from now on in Santa Fe. Highly recommend.

Boarded 2 dogs here years ago and never thought of posting a review..should have, as care was great! Now boarding a new dog and a cat, and care still great with very attentive staff who want to do things right with every boarding. My dog loves coming here and is safe in a very clean facility, cared for and excited (!) to be around other dogs. My cat stays low key while boarding, but better than causing trouble at home! Highly recommend. Thank you.

Top Dog is TOP!! I’m a helicopter dog mom, and I would not leave my pups anywhere else when I have to travel. They get 3x playtimes per day, and I get photos of them playing with the amazing staff at Top Dog every day while I’m away. The staff at Top Dog clearly love all of their furry guests (highly recommend their cat resort as well!), and they are all very kind and professional. The owner herself is very involved in making Top Dog the best place in Santa Fe to board your furball. Highly highly recommend! Love Top Dog!!
