After being a loyal paying member for 2 years and referring 5+ friends who have also been consistent members, I was screamed at and cursed out by Mike over a simple misunderstanding. I let him know I'd only be in town a few more days before heading home for the summer, which was never an issue. I brought a friend who was brand new to working out and wanted to try a day pass — the gym was virtually empty. Instead of handling it professionally, Mike completely lost it. This is not how you treat long-term, loyal members. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next year, and so will several of my friends. Extremely disappointing experience. Top Dog Fitness, you deserve better management than this.

Meal plan would be great if the meals actually tasted good. They are genuinely disgusting. 2 Stars because the gym is actually nice but the meal plan is NOT worth it, food is inedible especially after a semester.

I went to Top Dog for my last 2 years of college and it was well worth it. Working out every day here was definitely one of the highlights of my life while I was in school, and really helped me to grow into myself to feel confident and comfortable in my skin. For someone that knew very little about working out when I started, I feel like my time at Top Dog really gave me a great foundation to build upon, as far as learning how to lift weights properly and helped with building a healthy body. The best part for me was just being able to show up to the gym and have the workout and all the materials needed available to me without having to think much about it. It made my life much easier without having to come up with my own routines, and lets be real who really wants to to fight over space and 10lb dumbbells at the Leach? Since graduating and moving away from Tallahassee, I miss my gym the most lol and wish that there was something that came close to this gym where I live. The program is designed exactly for their audience, and it really works. With any exercise program, you have to be self motivated. No one is going to yell at you or tell you what to do the entire time, but I like to

I would recommend Top Dog Fitness to anyone, regardless of their current fitness level. The trainers (and the dogs) have amazing energy and do an incredible job at motivating and encouraging their clients. The circuits are never the same from day to day which keeps the workouts fun and challenging. No matter what your fitness goal may be, Top Dog will push you to reach it.

Hands down the best gym in Tallahassee!! First class is free and all workouts are written out and set up for when you get there. !!*it’s worth the money*!!. The trainers push you to your fullest and if you truly stick to the program you will see results within weeks. I wouldn’t want to work out at any other gym!!
