Scott is awesome! He is the only person my dog Mia allows to trim her nails. He is so kind to Mia and always talks to her. Thank you Scott, you are a blessing! Julie

I don't usually review unless it's positive, but my experience was just frustrating and unprofessional. Scott and Sarah may be great groomers, but I'll never know. A week ago, I reached out by text after hours (due to my work schedule) to the number the business has on Google. No response. 5 days ago I called the business at that same number and got a voicemail telling me to call Sarah directly at a different number (Scott wasn't taking new clients but Sarah was). I called and left Sarah a message. To date, I have not received a response. I have 3 dogs, one with regular grooming needs. If no one is taking new clients, then just say that. It's unprofessional to not return any communication to a potential new client. I will not recommend or suggest anyone in my network even bother with this business, which is sad; I try to support local small businesses. 🙁

Traumatized my puppy. I went here a few times with good luck, however when i brought in a new puppy, I was appalled by the behavior of the groomer. This happened about 2.5 years ago. Scott started to cut nails but my puppy was scared. He screamed and yelled at her at the top of his lungs while gripping her nape very aggressively. It was enough to startle even me. He then got up after just a couple minutes and said, "Nope im not fighting with dogs today, im done". He put my pup on the other side of gate. I noticed she was bleeding and asked if he could use the quick stop and when I asked his response was, "what's bleeding? she didn't even let me cut anything?"... I told him there was blood all over the floor and he came and put the stuff on to stop it. The fact that he didn't realized she yelped and fought him because he cut her left me shocked. Haven't been back since and wont return or recommend. Since then it's been hard getting her nails trimmed because she is so scared now. She's a Carin Terrier with a keen memory.

We've been taking our dogs to this groomer for at least a couple of years. I have nothing but kudos & recommendations forthem. Not only do they make the dogs beautiful, they all are dog lovers & treat them with ❤️ Now we’ve been taking our dogs to have Sarah groom them for more than 8 years. I would never consider taking them elsewhere. Truly a wonderful place if you want someone to do a terrific job grooming who treat fur babies with care and love.
