Sutton is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Sutton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Massachusetts's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My granddog goes to TLC for Doggy Day Care and occasional boarding. She loves to go there - and is very tired when she gets home- which means she had a good time that day. Denise and her staff play with the dogs and take good care of them. I think Denise is the "dog whisperer!".

My dog Peg is alot of work. She is 5 and acts like a puppy still. TLC is the only place I feel comfortable having Peg go for grooming and boarding.

We have trusted TLC Pet Haven with our dogs for the past 16 years and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. From day one, they have always treated our dogs like family. The level of care, attention, and genuine compassion they show goes far beyond what you expect from a dog boarding and pet care facility. One moment that really stands out to us was when our last dog needed to get to an emergency vet while we were six hours away. This was completely unrelated to her stay, she was older and experienced a seizure for the first time. The team at TLC stepped in without hesitation, took her to the emergency vet, and stayed on top of everything until we were able to get there. That kind of care and quick action is something you cannot put a price on. It is moments like that which make it clear that TLC Pet Haven is not just a pet boarding service, they truly care about the animals they are responsible for. We recently brought our new puppy in for her introductory session for dog daycare and boarding, and once again the experience has been excellent. They took the time to listen to our concerns and learn about our puppy's likes and dislikes which made us feel completely confident

We prefer to have our dog with us on vacations, but when we can't, it is so very settling to know that our family pet is always loved and cared for so well while at TLC. This family and their staff is not only professional and accountable, but they are genuinely passionate about pet care. We have him groomed before we pick him up so he is always fresh to come home, which is a great service to offer and is much appreciated. Our "boy" is even happy when he arrives! They say dogs are a great judge of character, and he never hesitates getting out of the car and going into TLC, which tells me he trusts them too. They have a long track record for a reason, and I have never boarded any pet anywhere else. Of course you love your pet, which is why you should love TLC too!
