After being a member of the "Clean Club" for 2 years... Randomly had my membership canceled do to "invalid payment"... Funny that the card company NEVER DECLINED THE CHARGE...after being told REPEATEDLY over 2 phone calls and 20 mins... 3rd phone call "there might be errors in the payment system". So, have your account Randomly canceled, Tidal Wave blames you when it's their fault.... Great customer service... Called number provided. Got same BS. Not even worth $20-$30 discount offer after being treated like dirt. Just "Sorry we canceled your membership, blamed you, called you a liar, accused of being irresponsible, then admitted it was our fault, please come back and pay full price". Would you be happy? Rejoin? (When I never should have to in the 1st place...)

I have been going here for over a year and recently moved away. Before moving, I went in person to cancel my membership since I had originally signed up in person as well. I watched the employee cancel it on the computer while I was standing there. Later, I noticed I was still being charged. When I called, the office told me they had no record of my cancellation and that all previous charges were irreversible because I had no proof. They even said I should have taken a picture of the employee’s computer screen as proof the membership was canceled. I also asked if they could contact the specific car wash location directly to verify what happened, and they told me they did not have a direct line to the location. This whole experience feels extremely scummy and disappointing after being a loyal customer for over a year. Beware before signing up at this location.

I have a monthly membership to a different car wash across town, but I was on this side of town and really needed to wash my jeep so I stopped here and it was absolutely amazing!! The wash itself was great, got all the bug guts off from traveling on the highway, the vacuums were powerful & they had cleaning products at your disposal. Keep up the good work, Tidal Wave.

I’ve had a membership at this car wash for a while now, and honestly I’m really disappointed with how much it’s gone downhill. When I first joined, it was amazing and felt totally worth it, but lately it’s just not the same. The biggest issue is the vacuums. They advertise free vacuums at the end, but for the past few months, none of them have been working properly. They barely pick anything up, if at all. That’s a huge part of why I chose this place, so it’s frustrating to see it not being maintained. The actual car wash itself is just okay now, nothing special. Definitely not what I expected based on how great it used to be. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it anymore, and I don’t plan on continuing my membership unless things improve.

I pay for the highest wash and the windshield was “prepped” by one swipe across. 50% of the windshield wasn’t even touched, came out with the same amount of bugs still attached to the windshield and mirrors. Drier at the end didn’t touch my vehicle. Won’t be going through the Morgantown location again.
