Absolutely awesome experience! The car wash itself is great, but the customer service really sets this place apart. I accidentally left my golf clubs behind (high monetary and sentimental value), and the owner Bob personally helped me track them down and made sure I got them back. Truly went above and beyond when he absolutely didn’t have to. He came in on a Sunday, we reviewed security camera footage together and he even followed up days after the incident to make sure everything was squared away from our findings! Great service, great people, and a local business that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend!

This has been my go-to car wash for a while now. Has everything we need and everything works perfectly. We always use the self serve options because all of the options we need are there (pressure wash, foam brush, bug off, pressure rinse, pressure wax, low pressure spot free rinse, vacuums, and fragrances). We even take our dogs there because they have a dedicated indoor dog washing station. Today in particular though, Bob (the owner) actually helped me locate a lost item (worth over $1000 and has sentimental value) that I left at the car wash and was extremely responsive and helpful. Came in on a Sunday to review the CCTV footage and figured out that the police department came and picked it up. Local business owners are the best and deserve all the support. Thank you so much Bob!

I don't even really know how to explain it, but we took two cars here Saturday. After over 10 minutes of washing my car, I gave up, pulled over to the drying area and hand washed my car. (We were getting ready for a car meet) at the same time, my boyfriend went through three cycles trying to wash his car, we then pulled his over to the drying station and hand washed his before rinsing it off and leaving. The water pressure was there, but the products are awful. I have never experienced this poor quality of a car wash. We only utilize no touch, this one is definitely off our list of places.

Just found my new favorite dog wash at Wash Lab! The shampoo is in the water which makes it really easy to use. Nice warm water, but not too warm. Machine takes cash or credit, $14 for 14 minutes, then $1 a minute after. I bathed both of my big dogs for about $16. There are several selections, including doggy or puppy shampoo, conditioner, flea & tick, skunk odor remover, rinse and dryer settings. I recommend you bring your own towels to make drying faster. I’ll be back for sure!

Took my very very sassy Frenchie here for a dog wash. It was an incredible experience! I love how it’s only one room to wash one dog and you can lock the door for privacy. It aloud us to wash her with the least possible stress. My dog Daphne isn’t the most friendly with other dogs so the lock is very convenient. It was very easy to use the facility, it was very clean, and had everything we needed and we were even able to let Daphne run around the room after her bath! They even had aprons for you to use to protect your clothes. No towels tho, just a blow dryer with a low and high setting. So if you like towel drying, bring your own towel. But loved how the water was warm. That was the cherry on top. Washing your dog here is a 10/10! I also use the touchless automatic car wash for my car all the time which is also a 10/10 experience as well. Love this place.
