I’ve been to the sudsy puppy locations a few times and have always had a great experience! Their scheduling team is very professional and detailed ensuring your dog gets the best service. They are very efficient with their services. It took about 1.5 hrs to groom my husky which is the fastest I’ve ever seen. Most places take 3-5 hours and he leaves feeling very hot and tired. I am very grateful to have a place that prioritizes the dog and takes good care of them. He’s a very fluffy husky and his coat always looks amazing afterwards and he leaves with such a big smile on his face. Nick, the groomer, did a wonderful job and I will keep coming back.

Amanda is AMAZING! The customer service and scheduling line is always a breeze and so accommodating. We switched after our groomer shutdown and our vet recommended Sudsy Puppy SP, I actually wish we had found them sooner. We have two dogs and with 1 being a rescue who very well may have never had a grooming experience, Amanda has been patient and loving and he now has made such positve strides, spa days are a positive experience for him. 10/10 highly recommend

My first time using Sudsy Puppy at the recommendation of a neighbor. Staff are very nice. I bought the “Puppy Package” for my now 5 month old Maltese. First visit not much was done, this is more of an appointment to get the dogs acclimated to grooming. No big deal. I thought it was odd that they would send a text asking for a review though. Considering that this was a first appointment, I didn’t think it was appropriate to write a review and didn’t. Second visit; I showed the groomer a picture of the look that I was going for. 1st photo. I left, came back when I was notified that she was ready to a puppy with a bow in her hair and the rest was just a chop job. Her ears and snout were uneven. The cut was terrible. Her nails were not cut short enough. There were chunks of fur missing through out. Second photo. The 3rd photo is what she looked like when I dropped her off. After picking her up, she just looked like a scruffy vagabond. Now comes her third and final appointment with the “puppy package”. I was called to confirm the appointment for today and at this time I decided to voice my opinion of the previous visit. The young lady said that a supervisor would call me. I received tha

My doggos come back beautiful and happy despite the fact that they are not fans of getting groomed. The Sudsy Puppy is run so well. Totally worth every penny.

I took my Golden Retriever here for the first time today and they returned her to me looking quite literally like a show dog. She has super fine hair which makes it difficult to cut. Hailey did an AMAZING job. I would 10/10 recommend The Sudsy Puppy - Severna Park location. Front desk staff was also super friendly!
