Me and my fathers cat was boarded here for over 2 weeks. Unfortunately we did not receive the service we expected. We were told we would receive regular updates and photos of her stay, however we had none. When inquiring about this via phone call, we were once again told we would receive photos and updates, yet heard nothing without reaching out. When this was brought up at pickup, no explanation was given, only a thoughtless "sorry about that". Handing over your pet takes trust between the client and the business, and trust was not upheld here. It is disappointing a nice facility like this lacks clear communication between staff and pet owners. Horrible service, horrible communication, and we are thankful our cat is home safe.

I took my Goldendoodle to this grooming salon, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! My dog can be a bit wiggly and nervous, but the groomers were patient, gentle, and clearly experienced. His coat came out soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed. They paid attention to every detail—from the paws to the ears—and he looked better than ever when I picked him up. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. You can tell they really care about the pets they work with. I’m so happy with the results, and my Goldendoodle left looking adorable and feeling great. Highly recommend this place!

We were referred by a friend to The Spaw who has taken her dogs there for grooming & daycare. Our kitty, Willow, has fallen in love with "The Jungle" & has been there for her "Vacays" at least six times now. Elizabeth, the Cat Manager, along with Emily, Whitney & all of the staff are very loving & kind to Willow. It's a Blessing & a comfort to know she is well loved & taken care of when we leave her there.

I had a horrible experience with a groomer in Corona Del Mar!!!! My young pup was nicked on his little tummy. The groomer was spoken to by the owner. She came back to me and said the groomer swears she didn’t do it and denied what she did. My pup has never had a cut or anything wrong for that matter! I trusted that grooming salon. Absolutely never ever again they lost a good customer. Now for the wonderful news. I searched for a great place closer to my home. I called The Spaw in Tustin Ca. On Franklin. They are fabulous wonder full human beings that care and love animals as much as I do. Emily and the crew were so amazing and asked questions and made sure my little guy would come out outstanding. I will let all my friends that are animal lovers know. The Spaw is a upstanding professional fabulous place you can trust 💙🇺🇸

I was so excited when I found The Spaw. I love that they provide daycare, boarding and grooming services. I have heard so many traumatizing stories from friends who have had to board their dogs and their dogs came back home very anxious and scared. That is not the case with The Spaw. Everyone at The Spaw truly loves all of the pups. They are passionate about animal health and nutrition. It’s a big deal to me that they take on a more holistic approach. My dog Bowie absolutely loves going and rushes me to the door. I have had family emergencies and they were able to board Bowie the same day no questions asked. I highly recommend The Spaw for all of the services they provide. They also have a kitty hotel which is in a separate building away from the dogs. The rooms for the cats are very spacious and nice calming music is playing for them.
