I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. After purchasing my car directly from the dealership, I went to Elkin for tint work and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The first tint job was done poorly, and when I returned to have it corrected, my car ended up with serious clutch issues afterward and I was never able to properly have my vehicle back in the same condition since. Despite everything, I still tried to give him another opportunity when I reached out about tinting my other vehicle. I was even willing to pay again because I wanted to handle things professionally and give him a chance to make things right. We discussed working out a discounted price due to my previous experience, and he initially agreed. However, after saying he would get back to me with a date, he completely stopped responding and consistently avoided my messages. Once I finally expressed my frustration regarding the previous tint issues and damage to my car, the conversation became extremely unprofessional. I just had my ram truck interior detailed. I have 4 dogs, and my truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor! Nemi did an unbelievable job. Not a dog hair was left. Fantastic job Nemi!! Bringing it back to do the interior. Ps, very, very reasonable!!

I had an amazing experience at Sono Auto Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive. They took their time making sure my car was spotless inside and out. The detailing was incredible. The hand wash they do is honestly better than any car wash I’ve been to. My car honestly looked brand new when they finished. The team clearly takes pride in their work and pays attention to the small details that most places miss. The service was fast, the prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Sono Auto Spa to anyone looking for a high-quality car wash or detailing service. definitely be coming back!

Paid $180 for a “basic detail” on my Audi Q5 and I’m extremely disappointed. No one explained what the service included, and the results did not reflect the price. The center console compartment was left visibly dirty (photo attached), with dust and debris still inside. I brought my car here expecting a professional job — better than what I could do at home — and that was not the case. For $180, this level of work is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place. Make sure you fully inspect your vehicle before leaving
