I really enjoyed the customer service as well as the experiences that they provide. However, quickly after I joined the membership I found out I was pregnant-I waited the mandatory time from starting the membership to cancelling it. I called and canceled on July 20th, and then was charged again $167 on August 10th. I called and was told they need 30 days from me calling and requesting the cancellation, to actually cancel it. Therefore since July 20th and August 10th were only 20 days, my card did get charged on August 10th and they gave me zero options other than I could continue to use the membership I already thought I cancelled (not to mention, I can’t use it!). I recommend the services but I do not recommend having charges automatically.

I really enjoyed my visit to Sauna Soak & Lounge. The float was especially impressive. It was deeply relaxing and reset my whole mood. Paired with the sauna and a refreshing soak, the experience felt like the perfect escape from a busy week. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to focus on relaxation, health, and finding a little more balance. I left feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and much more centered.

The BEST experience. I enjoyed a float when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy, and it took away every ache and pain!! Feel the relief and relaxation you deserve at Sauna Soak & Lounge. It’s worth every penny!

I had a great experience at The Sauna and Soak Lounge. From the moment I walked in, Miranda at the front desk made me feel welcome. She was very friendly, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain how everything worked, which made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I tried the float spa and it was incredibly relaxing. The environment was calm, clean, and designed perfectly to help you unwind. By the end of the session I felt refreshed, relaxed, and completely at ease. Highly recommend The Sauna and Soak Lounge if you're looking for a peaceful place to recharge. Miranda’s excellent customer service really set the tone for a great visit.

We tried Pure Sweat Float Studio today and it was a phenomenal experience! From booking the appointment to every aspect of our visit, it was impeccable. My partner treated me to the Mother’s Day sauna + float session. 10/10 recommended doing both. The relaxation was next level. I feel great. The facility was beautiful as well as clean and well maintained. Angela was so friendly and informative when helping us make selections. We were in great hands. Don’t miss all the unique curated products up front as well. I can’t wait to go back again!
