Yesterday I got the worst pedicure of my life. Three times the tub overflowed onto the floor, all over my shoes. It took Sammi an hour and a half to finish my toes. She dried them with a piece of paper. Didn’t even paint to the cuticle or the edges. Put 3 coats on in 4 minutes. She didn’t cut or shape them at all. Then the teacher signed off without looking at them. When I walked out half of my toes polish was on my sandles. That was yesterday, this is today. I’ve had 5 year olds do a better job painting my nails. Sammi also asked my boyfriend 3 times if she could rub his feet next, after being told by him and I three times…I rub his feet.

I went in to get a service done. After words I started experiencing hair loss a lot off it I called to let them know 2 days later as I I was told I could not do anything to my hair they said no water no nothing. I call to let them know one of the teachers instructors whatever she was told me to come in. I came in with 20-30 minutes early keep in mind there was no one inside of the salon. The students were playing with mannequins so I walk in. I’m sitting there and she comes up to me says I’ll be there in five minutes. I see her walk 5 feet over to our students and start joking around and laughing. I sat there watching her joke around and laugh. Keep in mind I’m going through what a girl considers a hair crisis because my hair is falling out AT THE ROOT. I get up and I leave I wait for a week I get no call back not from an instructor not from the owner not from a manager not from anyone I called about 10 times I emailed the owner that the instructors gave me the owner‘s email till now this is about a month ago they have not reached out. They keep telling me they’re gonna call me back and they don’t. They are very unprofessional. My hair is falling out at the root. No one has reach

What a time. Demetria was gentle, patient and kind. She was not only attentive to me but to my feet. My feet feel wonderful…. Clean and soft. I would highly recommend her and plan to schedule again.

I always have the best time at the professional salon academy! I have had several different stylists that are all incredible; from Mikayla to Ellie to Jasmine they are all amazing and you cannot go wrong! None of them have ever disappointed me! I have extra thick hair and it takes hours to dry & style. i’m always so happy and feeling light on air when i leave after my blowouts every week. they are so fancy and on top of that majorly inexpensive! you simply must try!

It saddens me to leave this review because I’ve been a customer for two years now and my last two experiences were horrible. I sat for an hour while some girl tried to tell me my hair was green and waisted my time when it was just the blonde seeping through and she wasted a lot of my time when I came there to pay for a service. So I left with no service. In two weeks later, I went back to attempt to get service again and at this time I was told that my appointment was not valid because they had an event there at 1 o’clock, even though I made my appointment at nine and someone could’ve called me! So after a little bit of negotiation, I was able to get highlights instead of a full color due to time. The girl who is working on me, didn’t have a clue she looked like she didn’t wanna be there for the majority of the time the actual teacher was working on my hair Along with two other student students. 4 1/2 hours of my life I missed a play date my food burn in my crockpot, and I still do not have blonde highlights in my hair. My hair looks hideous. And the kicker is they tried to charge me $179 for it. Once the teacher knew, I was not happy she said you know let’s get you back i
