#1 Cindra is very knowledgeable and kind. #2 the Quirky pet offers a wonderful and surprising variety of American-made treats and toys. It's a must if you're a pet lover. #3 you get the opportunity to say hi to the lovely Joshe the dog!

My daughter and I love visiting The Quirky Pet for so many reasons. Cindra, the owner, clearly knows her stuff and only offers the best products for furry friends and family. If you’re looking for obscure animal parts to treat your pet to, this is 100% the place to start. She prides herself in selling American made products, which is admirable. My dog loves the mini chicken bits!

We were in Vermont about a month ago visiting some of the cities including Montpelier. As we were exploring this charming capital city we noticed a sign saying “organic cat nip” and we always want to give the best to our cat (who was actually on this trip camping with us). We walked in and noticed a man talking with who we assumed was the owner. He begins to share silly and quirky stories about their dogs. We soon discovered via their interactions that it was the owners husband. He gave us an amazing story about their store and the records hanging in their window front - trust me the stories are all apart of the experience visiting this store. Everyone should take a visit to give great quality products for your pets and even just to hear the friendly, silly, and quirky stories they have to offer! This pet store is an award winning pet store and the owners embodied not only the pet store name, but also the true, and genuine kindness of Vermont people. They added to our Montpelier experience!

Doggonit, how fun! If you don't go for the cheerful chirping of the birds, then go for the sweet, full selection of fabulous dog treats and artisan-level catnip. Small but mighty, you'll find choices. They make it easy to shop Local!

My dogs loved the treats we got at the Quirky Pet! The owner was super nice and they had lots of chew options. They will even mail you items if you order from them online, so if you're visiting from out of state, you can still get treats and chews delivered to you. Win, win! We will def be back.
