Amazing puppy play experience! Brought three kids under 10 for the play experience. They are great about asking questions to help get a puppy with a good temperament match. They have some toys you can use to play with and we got a treat to feed the puppy as well. These are puppies so remember they can have accidents and do tend to nip which can hurt with sharp puppy teeth, but that's to be expected! Following the rules really helps make your experience a good one. We saw a few different groups stretching the rules and then being surprised when the puppies got wild and started nipping more in play. The puppies appear really well cared for and have some brief breed details so you can learn more about general temperament characteristics. We'll definitely be back!

Bringing home our beagle from The Puppy Store in Vineyard was one of the happiest days of our lives. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find the perfect addition to our family. Our beagle was bright-eyed, playful, affectionate, and clearly well-socialized. The manager Christine took the time to answer every question we had, explain the paperwork thoroughly, and make sure we felt confident about bringing a new puppy home. The entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. What stood out most was how much the staff seemed to care about both the puppies and the families adopting them. They were patient, never pushy, and focused on helping us find the right fit rather than simply making a sale. Now that our beagle is home, he has completely stolen our hearts. He is intelligent, loving, full of personality, and already an irreplaceable member of our family. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and would gladly recommend The Puppy Store Vineyard to anyone looking to welcome a puppy into their home. The puppies here are super cute, but this store doesn’t get a 5 star from me. I came in here last Friday and unfortunately even the puppies looked like they hated the environment. The workers constantly gossip and they seem nice, but behind your back, they will make faces at you and will say rude things behind your back. I watched the girls up front talk about a customer right in front of them when the customer turned their back! The enclosures look really small compared to the dog sizes and they barely have room to walk. All of their dogs are really cute, but this place definitely needs a better environment.

The Puppy Store at the Vineyard is honestly one of my favorite little escape spots. I love that they let you sit and play with the puppies — it’s such a simple thing, but it really helps turn a rough day around. Even just ten minutes with them can lift your mood. What makes it even better is knowing the small fee you pay to play actually goes toward the puppies’ vaccines and care. It feels good to support a place that keeps their animals healthy while giving people a chance to connect with them. It’s a wholesome, happy place that always leaves you smiling.

I bought an expensive $3,400 Cane Corso and after owning her for 10 months I come to find out I was sold not a purebred Corso but mixed with boxer. I have been lied too by this store saying these dogs are purebred. I’m very disappointed, please do your research before purchasing from these stores. I love my dog, but I wish this store was honest with what they are selling. She’s also developed hip issues and vet bills are piling up.
