100% recommend. They all work hard to give puppies a safe, fun, and social experience. Drop off and pick up is quick and easy. Everyone with a puppy should be going here.

My puppy, Brookelynn, graduated Puppy Den today and had the most wonderful experience! We truly LOVE this place. The staff are beyond amazing - so compassionate, caring, responsive, communicative, and fun. They go above and beyond to make sure every pup not only feels safe and loved but is also supported in growing into a happy, confident, and well-mannered member of society. Brookelynn is a rescue who spent the majority of her first five months of life in a small, overcrowded kennel, and she showed a lot of fear toward new situations and people when I first adopted her. Within just a few days at the Puppy Den, she began to blossom - her confidence grew, her tail wagged every time we pulled into the parking lot, and she even started getting excited just hearing the word “daycare” as we got ready for the day. The way the staff met her where she was and gave her the security she needed is something I will always be grateful for. I had worried that she might have missed the critical early socialization window with her early life circumstances, but with the staff’s patience and guidance, she has caught up beautifully. I LOVE the puppy den! Our puppy, Willy graduated last November and we miss taking him here so much. He would pull our arms off trying to get in the door each morning. You can tell all the workers genuinely LOVE and CARE about every puppy. I was never worried about leaving Willy here during the day. Please take your puppy here if you need daycare, they are AMAZING! Even if you work from home, this is a great place to start socializing your puppy

The Puppy Den has been a great place to drop off my pup during the day. The staff is very friendly, the scheduling process is very easy, and my puppy always comes home tired from a day full of adventure. They have a great client portal that also updates you about your pup during the day. I would highly recommend taking your puppy here if you are looking for a place for your puppy to gain exposure to other dogs!

There isn't anywhere else I would have wanted to take my puppy for daycare. I researched every dog daycare in the Madison area. When I called them before making a decision, I had a list of questions and this place just felt right. The fact that it was puppy exclusive and used positive reinforcement gave me confidence knowing my little guy was going to be in a safe environment and was going to be well cared for. The Puppy Den offers structure: nap time, play time, training and games. The staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and always excited to see the puppies come in the door. They all knew who Charlie was and kept me informed of anything I needed to know from the day. I also love that they send report cards (videos & pictures) of your puppy when time allows. We never had a bad experience here and Charlie and I will be sad when he graduates at 8 months as we begin our search for a new facility. I cannot recommend The Puppy Den enough!
