South Elgin is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and South Elgin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. We found this great place to bathe our Beagle. We’re 80 so trying to bathe him at home is hard and dangerous. Here he walked up the ramp and into the bath. Great friendly staff and super convenient to use! Would highly recommend it

I am so happy and satisfied with using The Puddle for my beloved pet’s dog food. I had found out that there are different types of dog food and not all are beneficial for our furry loved ones. The Puddle staff answered all my questions and helped me figure out what would be best choice for my pet’s needs. They truly care. I want to share how this came about. We rescued a 2-year-old mixed breed who is now 16 ½. For dog food, we started with what we thought was a good kibble brand, with grains in the ingredients, believing we were providing him with a healthy diet. When issues developed (itching, brittle toenails and fur, digestive issues, excessive shedding and ear wax and more) we treated them. It was later that we learn that it was mostly due to the food he was eating that caused most of his issues. When our pet was 4, I became aware of the idea of a grain free diet through my job at a veterinarian’s office. The information was there but I felt comfortable with continuing to use a good quality kibble. Over time it became apparent that a majority of the pets seen at the office had issues because of their diet. It was then that I learned about The Puddle and switched to an even bette

I am very grateful for this group of people. They helped my nine-year-old lab mix fully recover after having both knees operated on with ACL repairs. The owner is wonderful and each staff member has helped in their own way with my dogs recovery and even easing my own anxiety around my dogs recovery. Thank you all!!!!

My dog started her rehab here after she ‘almost’ tore her ACL. She’s 75# long haired Great Pyrenees mix who we didn’t think could swim. The trainers here are kind and gentle and patient. She’s now swimming like a pro and her leg is no longer trouble. We of course worked with a local chiropractor but we attribute her comfort with the water and the handlers here that started her on her journey. They are wonderful!

Awesome swimming experience for our Siberian husky! With the wonderful help of staff, our pupwas quick to trust and had so much fun with the water toys. Yes, she fetched ALOT of toys!!! On another note, the staff helped us to advance from kibble to making our own dog food. They sell the vitamin/minerals right there as well as probiotics. I recommend this business to all dog owners and when you visit them, check out their awesome dog treats!
