I have a doodle that needed to be groomed every couple months. The Pet Studio was expensive but she needed grooming as we live in the country and she can definitely get dirty. We've been taking her there for a few years. The last time I picked her up it was over 200.00 and they informed me that she had ticks that they would not remove as it should be done by a veterinary clinic. Remi is one of the sweetest doodles, but I won't take her back there because if they cannot remove a tick and get the big dollars, I will take her to another groomer.

A month ago, I took my friend’s old dog to this grooming place for a groom. She was in poor condition and wanted to get back in shape, so I made that very clear when I made the appointment and paid the deposit, even showing them pictures of her condition. However, when I arrived, they informed me that they no longer wanted to take her and would refund the deposit. Two weeks later, I called to ask about the refund, and they said they “probably forgot” and “will take care of it.” Three weeks later, the deposit still hadn’t been returned. I went back and politely requested the refund. To my surprise, one of the ladies at the front desk (the manager) was extremely rude. She even said she would get me the deposit, opened her purse, and threw the cash at me. I will never return to this place.

Lauren is the absolute BEST! Not only did she get my shedding boys cleaned up, smelling and looking AMAZING, she was able to clip my bloodhounds nails which is an absolute NO for even myself! Do yourself a favor and book with Lauren! You’ll thank me later!☺️

1000% recommend! I had my dog scheduled with a different groomer then I found out they didn't do the cut my dog needs (the Reverse Cut), I called The Pet Studio and they confirmed they could do the cut and I was dropping my girl off 30 minutes later for her appointment. They did an excellent job with the cut and she smells so good too. I am thankful to have been able to find a place that can met my Ruby girls grooming needs.

OH. MY. GOODNESS!! I am so happy I found this place! From the immediate warm and personalized welcome when walking in, to the communication, heads up call, and how smooth and quickly the appointment went; everything was fabulous, courteous, and professional. My babies are a long haired breed and one of them has a bit kinky and very fine hair that mats so easily. There are not many cat groomers in this area, and I had not been very satisfied with the groomer we were seeing before we found The Pet Studio!
