Leaving my dog for nearly three weeks while I was out of the country was stressful, but the entire team at this pet resort made the experience so much easier. They were incredibly communicative and responsive from start to finish, keeping me updated on his behavior, eating habits, and medication throughout his stay. They took him on walks and gave him individual cuddle time. It was clear that they genuinely cared about him as an individual, not just another boarding dog. Every interaction was kind, patient, and reassuring, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions. Their updates gave me so much peace of mind and made it easy to enjoy my trip knowing he was in such good hands. I'm so grateful to everyone who looked after him, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with him again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, professional place to board their pets.

We had a great experience! My puppy absolutely loved it and had such a fun day. I can’t wait to bring him back. I was honestly a little nervous at first for two reasons—I was worried he might get sick or hurt, and also because he had been doing so well with no bathroom accidents and I didn’t want to set him back. But to my surprise, he did amazing! No accidents at all, and he came home happy and tired. It was such a relief and a wonderful experience overall.

The staff are our professional, friendly And knowledgeable of how things work there. I feel comfortable leaving my juju with them. Making reservations with them for my juju is very quick and easy. I have used other facilities and nothing compares to how great The Pet Spa is. I recommend The Pet Spa very highly if you need to leave your pup there whether it’s for just a day or if it’s overnight stays. I give them five stars

Excellent staff, our dog was taken care of very well. Grooming was excellent. I would highly recommend the Pet Spa for every service that they offer. We have boarded our dog a few times and we are very appreciative of the care that he was given. Daily photos, texting info to us on how he's doing & an exit report card on his stay was wonderful. All these little extras made us at ease while we were away. Thank you! "Santino"

Great facility. Clean, big, well managed. My dog enjoyed his day. You can even observe outdoor play time on CCTV video. My Teddy loves his spa time!! And the groomer at Pet Spa is excellent! 🐕
