Absolutely love them here at the pet set! Feels very welcoming and the owner has always been flexible with me when I communicate me running late..I don’t say that to wish anyone abuses that(including myself) but it was nice to have someone be flexible to a long time recurring customer. My dogs love them too so we won’t stop coming back!

I am always pleased with taking my dog there. We only get her nails trimmed but he’s always available to get this done for me

Exceptional service. The hours, staff and prices are all great. You can tell that when my dog Maximus comes out from being groomed, his attitude has changed, because he knows he looks and feel better. I recommend this business to anyone who wants great service for their dog.

On October 19th, I arrived to pick up my pet from her grooming appointment only for the groomer to casually tell me that my dog ‘decided to lick the blade and cut her tongue’. My dog was still actively bleeding and as I received no information from the groomers on how to proceed and I have no idea how to triage an animal, I took my baby to the vet to get checked over. Her bleeding continued minimally and the vet deemed it necessary to give her an antibiotic to protect her from any risk of infections. I called the groomers to update them on the matter as well as the fact that I thought they should cover all associated cost with this. I spoke directly to the owner who was neither respectful or disrespectful but very matter of fact and stated, “we’ll only pay for the antibiotics due to how long you’ve been a customer”. He also equated my dog’s tongue being cut as equivalent to a child biting their tongue and he would’ve never taken his animal to the vet for that. I let him know that even if my child bit their tongue, if bleeding persisted, I’d be in the emergency room making sure they were ok so that’s an awful comparison. I really like taking my fur baby here!!! They came highly recommended from a friend and I have always been satisfied. Missy doesn't like to get her nails clipped, but they work with her and she loves them. The prices are very reasonable and I believe they genuinely love what they do. We've been going for over 3 years and will continue to be loyal customers.
