We love The Pet Hospital in Collierville TN! And so does our GoldenDoodle, Baylee. We rescued and adopted Baylee on August 25, 2020 at age 2.5. In addition to her other personal items, the agency included her medical history. Since her medical records were already on file with the The Pet Hospital in Collierville we decided to continue her care there. Dr. Alison Bradshaw, DVM, is Baylee’s caregiver, and we cannot give enough praise for the level of care Dr. Bradshaw and her team have shown our girl. In 2023 Baylee contracted a UTI. Due to our inexperience we did not know what to look for, and her condition advanced quickly into Struvite bladder stones. Dr. Bradshaw expertly diagnosed Baylee’s condition and prescribed an antibiotic regime to begin treatment. She also prescribed a specific diet, which over time helped balance Baylee’s PH level in the bladder and dissolve the stones to a level where the remaining crystals could be easily and painlessly passed through urinating. The success of Dr. Bradshaw’s work eliminated the need for an expensive invasive surgical procedure. Today Baylee is 8.5 years old, healthy, and has remained “stone free” for over two years. I have been going to this practice for many years now. Dr. Wooden and Bradshaw are amazing. Dr. Bradshaw gave me peace of mind when making one of the most heart breaking decisions and I am forever grateful. To the amazing veterinarian techs who show such compassion and professionalism, thank you! Special thanks to Shannon who cried with me on that difficult day and whenever I call she always answers the phone with such concern and empathy. One never knows what the future may hold but this team is simply wonderful. If I missed your name, forgive me, just know you are appreciated for the care you have shown to my pets and I. We have been trusting the care of our animals to The Pet Hospital since 2004. Originally, we had Dr. Wright and he moved on. We now have Dr. Madison for our amazing Canaan dog and Dr. Mangum for our beautiful kitty. We love that they are willing to talk with us on the phone and their compassion is visible. When we do go in, the entire staff is amazing. Everyone at the hospital loves animals. A special shout out to Dr Madison for his expertise and very calming nature.

I cannot recommend The Pet Hospitals enough! The staff is incredibly welcoming and Dr. Bradshaw takes the time to explain everything clearly. I also specifically remember Laura and how kind she was to us. They always take such great care of my sweet Lady and really care!
