The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita

As very nervous dog parents, finding someone we could trust with our pup felt almost impossible. We actually stopped traveling abroad altogether because we couldn’t find the right boarding situation. Our world really revolves around this little one, so leaving her with someone else was a huge source of stress. Then we found Suzie, and everything changed. She’s incredibly experienced, but more importantly, thoughtful and intentional in how she cares for dogs. She’s transparent, solution-oriented, and genuinely kind. She took the time to ask detailed questions about our dog’s routine and was very precise in following it. She also offered helpful suggestions to make our dog even more comfortable, which we really appreciated. The daily updates and pictures made a big difference for us—we could actually see that our dog was relaxed, happy, and being well cared for. When we picked her up, she came back happy, calm, and well-rested. But the biggest thing is this: for the first time in a long time, we truly feel comfortable leaving her when needed. That peace of mind is priceless.

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! We initially started using Suzie's services for dog walking while my husband and I were both working and because we needed someone to come in and walk our dog when I couldn't come home during lunch. Recently, we needed boarding service as we had a wedding out of town and after that a bathroom remodel. From our very service, it was clear how genuinely caring, professional, and knowledgeable Suzie and her staff are. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our pet's routines, preferences, and personalities, which immediately put us at ease. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them — they truly love animals. Our dog Judy can be a little shy at first, but she warmed up almost immediately — which says everything. While we were away, we received regular updates, photos, and detailed messages that gave us complete peace of mind. Seeing our pets relaxed, happy, and well cared for made it so much easier to enjoy our time away without worry. Suzie and her staff were punctual, dependable, and incredibly attentive to every detail, from feeding schedules to special instructions. It’s such a relief to know we have someone we full

I just moved into town right before the Christmas holidays and needed a cat sitter for my kitty, Ascher, on short notice. Suzie from The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita was AMAZING! She was incredibly detailed in her communication, always sent photos, and even sent a little journal of each 30-minute visit so I knew exactly how Ascher was doing. It gave me so much peace of mind seeing how well he was cared for. She also took the time to get to know me, our home, and Ascher’s routine, which really showed how much she cares. Ascher was happy when we got home and we’ve already booked her again for a longer trip in January. Highly, highly recommend Suzie — truly the best!

We’ve been using Suzie and The Pet Care Club of Santa Clarita since 2019, and we honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with our dogs. She’s reliable, caring, and always goes above and beyond. We've used her service for daily walks or watching them while we’re out of town and she’s been amazing every single time. Our dogs love her, and we always feel at ease knowing they’re in good hands. Suzie treats them like her own, and that kind of trust and peace of mind is priceless. We recommend her to anyone looking for a great pet sitter or dog walker—she’s truly the best!

Suzie accommodated our family within the same day after learning that our original car sitter is not able to care for our two cats during our vacation. Maria took care of our babies, updated us daily through pictures of how they are doing, and we felt peace of mind. Will definitely use them again when we travel! Updates: Suzie is AMAZING! She is taking care of our fur babies while we’re on an international trip. Even our reclusive cat who never likes anyone but us allowed Suzie to pet her. Suzie is so detailed and trustworthy. I can’t imagine having anyone but her care for our cats. I highly recommend The Pet Care Club!
