We had such a wonderful experience! They took amazing care of my puppy and did an incredible grooming job. She looked absolutely beautiful when we picked her up. The staff was kind, professional, and made us feel very welcome. You can tell they truly care about the pets they work with. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Melissa groomed my 12 year old boy, George, and I could not have been more happy with the miracles she worked! He's a golden with a heavy double coat and he had gotten to a point I was having a hard time managing his coat and keeping him clean and comfortable. Having her groom George was one of the best decisions I made for him. She was able to completely detangle his fur and get the loose undercoat out all while he was laying down. I know he is so much cooler and more comfortable. I really appreciated how patient she was with him being a senior dog that needed a lot of attention. The attention, knowledge, and gentleness she showed made me feel confident leaving him with her. I only wish we had gone sooner.

Karen at Paw Spa is, without a doubt, the most professional groomer I have ever come across. Her knowledge, skill, and attention to breed standards are second to none. She is gentle, patient, and genuinely cares about every dog that comes through her door. Karen has a remarkable talent for working with difficult or anxious dogs. She took on my dog, Shecky, a Border Collie who was quite a handful, and through her patience, consistency, and kindness, she has earned his complete trust. With every groom, he becomes more comfortable and confident, and that is entirely due to Karen's dedication and expertise. If you're looking for a groomer who is exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and truly one of the best in the business, I cannot recommend Karen at Paw Spa highly enough.

The Paw Spa has been our go to groomer for ages. We have a ginormous Berniedoodle who is a lot to handle. Melissa always does such a fantastic job with him. She takes her time in order to keep the integrity of his shape and coat. Excellent service. It is pricey but worth it!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. When I brought my dog in, he was very nervous, and Karen took the extra time to sit with us and help him warm up instead of rushing him back. That meant so much to me. He’s a wirehaired dog, and she hand stripped him beautifully—he looks amazing. She was also very efficient while still being gentle and attentive. I really appreciated that she listened to my concerns about him not tolerating the blow dryer, and somehow she even managed to blow dry him successfully and without stressing him today. It’s clear she’s skilled, patient, and truly cares about the dogs she works with. Highly recommend!
