Place used to be great but Macie kept forgetting to schedule follow up appts (2-3 times in a row) and I would have to remind her. And by follow ups I mean me or my mom would schedule next appt at the store once pups were groomed. And/or had last minute cancellation from her and staff wanted me to be with a different groomer. No thanks. My puppies get used to a certain groomer so I don’t want to do a random switch on them when they were comfortable with her.

I love getting my Penelope girl groomed at the Pet Spa. Every groomer is so talented. She always comes out looking like plush dog! Yesterday she got her grooming done by Axel and we absolutely loved it! They make sure to work quickly so that your baby doesn’t have to stay there all day. Plus, we are always welcomed with kindness! Highly recommend this place.

They did a great job! Usually I take my dog to Petco, because for whatever reason I assumed they would be the cheapest. This place is quite a bit closer to my apartment though, so I thought that I would give it a shot. My dog is a medium sized (about 50 lbs) terrier mix with wiry, scruffy hair. For a bath & haircut, they charged $90. I got the additional package "downtown dog" which included teeth brushing and nail grinding, which was $15. I feel like this is about the same as what Petco would have charged me, so I was happy with the prices. I was worried it would be more, for a boutique spot. The appointment took about two hours. Staff were friendly. The cut came out looking good, and I am happy overall. I will go here from now on.
