Took our 68 lb. standard poodles to these folks for the first time. One of our guys is old and quite nervous about strangers wielding buzzing clippers. He has an autoimmune condition that makes his skin and hair fragile as well and his hindquarters aren’t as spry as they used to be. Not only was he relaxed when I picked him up, but she asked about his legs/hips, because after a while he apparently trusted her enough to lean against her for support. Previous groomings (which were good quality), he’s just sit mid grooming for a rest and they’d let him rest in the cage for a bit - but had no inclination to trust people with scissors enough to get that close to them. Subtle difference and both approaches are fine but it’s was good to see him relaxed on pickup. Our other guy is older too and did fine. They’re a little more pricey than a chain groomer, but well worth it in my books and we’ll be returning.

I have been using Pampered Pooch for 7 years, and they have always been absolutely amazing with my little fur babies. I trust them completely they treat my dogs like family every single time. Today was especially special because it was my 4-month-old’s first grooming, and Jennifer and the entire staff did an incredible job, as always. They were so gentle, caring, and professional. When I came to pick up my boys, they even brought me Valentine’s flowers, which completely made my day 🥹❤️ Such a thoughtful and sweet touch. I truly love everyone there the staff is wonderful, kind, and consistently goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t take my pups anywhere else! 🐶✨

The staff that works at the pampered pooch are so sweet! I was nervous about taking my dogs to a new place, but after the countless recommendations I called! They were able to get my fur babies in that day and they turned out so cute. I appreciate them being so accommodating and nice! We will definitely be back :)
