The Pack is awesome. Randy is super caring, flexible and great with dogs. Been using his services for both boarding and daycare for a few years and have never had any issues. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a dog sitter!

Kevin, my 3y golden retriever, has been attending daycare and overnight boarding at the Pack for over 2 years now. I don’t leave reviews often and right now I feel it’s important to spotlight the kindness and safety I continue to experience when I take my girl to Randy. I am not easily impressed by much but The Pack at Fruitvale has earned my business for life. Last minute bookings, emergency bookings and normal booking are taken with enthusiasm- as a dog mom this kind of peace of mind is very difficult to find. I boarded Kevin for long stays and I never feel guilt or worry because I know she is well cared for and loved. Randy and his team send photo and video updates too. What really sealed the trust I have with Randy and his team, was there willingness to make sure Kevin had her night time banana before lights out (keeping this routine means a lot to my girl). One of the best perks that The Pack offers is curbside pickup and drop off- I know it sounds like a minor detail but it has TREMENDOUS value especially when you are running late for a meeting or a flight.

Our two medium sized dogs love their stays with Randy and his team at The Pack when we have to be away and they always send videos or pix for us and our daughter. The girlies get to play and stay together and we know they’re being well cared for. We highly recommend The Pack.

Randy is the best! We have a rescue dog who has clearly gone through some trauma before us with people. She gets along very well with dogs but can be touch and go with people. We wanted a place that’s not too over crowded and where she can build confidence and trust with people, and be more independent in her choices! She wears her heart on her sleeve and it’s easy to tell when she’s happy or had a bad day, and she’s always happy and tired at the end of the day here. We love how personable Randy is and bonds/knows all the other dogs really well. We also like that it’s a small team. Our Arden is still getting used to him but she’s slowly growing and doesn’t have any anxieties getting in the car now to go to daycare which is a major milestone! We appreciate how patient Randy is with her even on her higher anxiety days and how he always communicates the day to us at pickup. This guy seriously works hard and we appreciate what the pack does for dog owners in the community! I try to keep on top of our schedule, but there are many days where I miss a gap in our work schedule the night before and realize I need care for her - it’s been a serious sigh of relief since coming here to have

I've been taking my dog to The Pack for a few years now, and it's been the best thing for her. She was initially very shy and timid around other dogs, but after a few weeks she had gained more confidence and became very social. She loves going there, loves to see Randy and the staff, they are the best! Everyone has been kind and gentle and friendly and generous. I feel so lucky I found them.
