The Madison Dog Resort & Spa - Hawthorne

I have been leaving my big fur baby here for daycare and boarding. I am always stalking my dog following the cameras.. I am always asking questions.. I am very grateful to the staff. I see them working hard, supervising the dogs in the playpen, giving dogs attention and affection, cleaning the floor in the playpen often... Being patient, attentive, respectful, understanding and accommodating if I freak out because I don't see my dog on camera while I am out of town. It happens sometimes.. I am grateful for the staff kindness and dedication. I don't have to freak out anymore. I know she is safe and in good company. Thank you for taking good care of my beloved dog. PS: I wish they had an outside playpen too. A little bit of sun and fresh air would be nice.. and some sprinklers or dog pools maybe?

We love Madison Dog Resort and Spa. They treat my dog like family. They offer a friendly, clean, well-supervised, safe, structured area with regular rest periods for the dogs to play in. In less than 2 months my dog has better social skills and is less anxious. He comes home happy and tired rather than overly stressed or exhausted. They also offer on-site dog training and a groomer, who are amazing. We will be boarding him for vacation. I definitely recommend Madison Dog.

I should have never left my fur baby there for one reason it was stinking real bad in there. I took him there for grooming and they claim he was matted badly which I know that wasn't true so she cut him almost skinless and couple hour after I got home he had diarrhea and the next day I had to take my fur baby to the vet They will never see my fur baby again and I had him tested if anything come back out of the order they will be hearing from my lawyer because nothing was wrong with my fur baby when I took him to them that place stink awful 😖 I feel bad that I left him with them that's why I have trust issues because people or heartless and all about money I can say more but I will to my lawyer this is February 13 2026 I took him there February 11th wish I could take it all back period... They SUCK the guy I told that it stinks in here he responded sorry about that 😐 I never post like this before about any place but I want people to know this it not a place to talk you pet if you love them. Spare yourself the heartbreak 💔 😢

The staff here are very nice and welcoming. We have left our dog here on multiple occasions and even overnight stays. Our dog always gets excited when we pull in because he knows he'll be able to play with all the dogs. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a doggie daycare or board.
