Krystal + team are absolutely wonderful with my dogs, Luna and Gigi. My girls always come back looking amazing, smelling great, and most importantly—happy and relaxed. It’s such a relief to trust someone who treats your pets like their own. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and attention to detail from Krystal and her team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog grooming services! 🐾

So glad I found this Little Shop! Owner is so nice, the shop itself is adorable, and my dogs fur is now all staying on her body instead of on my shirt. Daisy came home smelling great, feeling soft as mink, and is now fast asleep, tired from her playtime with the other pups. She's an old lady with IVDD and is usually a little sore after groomings, but this time she's perfectly fine. That means Krystal did a great job being gentle with her neck. Thank you, Krystal! Daisy and I are looking forward to next time.

I had no idea what to expect when bringing my sweet Collie, Snow. Firstly, he looks so much better and smells amazing. I do not like the typical Collie trim as I like him to be a bit more shaped (plus it's easier taking care of him and keeping him clean). They did incredible with that! Second, he had a wonderful time and got to play with other dogs. This is so great because he did not have to stay in a kennel as much. He came home way less stressed (and a little tired). We will absolutely be back and recommend them to anyone who needs a new groomer!

5 stars isn’t enough. Not only is Krystal a wonderful groomer, but you can tell she loves all her pups. My pups always look like they’ve had a wonderful time when I pick them up. (Which we never would have thought our dogs would actually enjoy going to the groomers.) On top of everything, I can tell her “have fun and make them cute” and every time she executes the perfect cut/color!!

Fantastic Grooming Experience at The Little Shop of Hollows. I recently took my dogs to The Little Shop of Hollows for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Krystal, the groomer, did an amazing job. She was incredibly patient with my dogs and made sure they were comfortable throughout the grooming process. It was evident that she genuinely cares about the animals she works with. Not only was the grooming top-notch, but the price was reasonable as well. The Little Shop of Hollows offers excellent value for the quality of service provided. Additionally, their customer service was outstanding. From booking the appointment through their easy-to-use website to the friendly staff, every interaction was pleasant and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend The Little Shop of Hollows for anyone in need of grooming services for their furry friends. With Krystal's expertise, affordable pricing, and exceptional customer service, it's a top-notch choice for pet owners.
