The laundry mutt does an excellent job with our golden Chance every time. He is always excited to see his friend Alex. Love this place!

Alex and his team did an exceptional job with my sweet English Setter. It’s highly professional and they care about your dog. It’s a warm and inviting atmosphere for all dogs. Very confident and looking forward to our next appointment!!

Called ahead to find out the cost of grooming and I spoke with Alex. After I spoke with him wrote down in my notes that the cost would be $125. That’s for a German Shepherd. I called and made an appointment, dropped off my dog Diego a few hours early. When I picked up Diego I was very happy with how he looked I think they did a first class job. When I went to pick up Diego I was very surprised to learn that the cost would be $175!! Alex explained that the $125 cost would only apply if I had Diego bathed every 4 weeks, then I would get the discount. Boy did that leave a bad taste in my mouth. I’m a lawyer and I think of myself as a good listener. My advice is to confirm in writing when you deal with this business to avoid any confusion.

Did a fabulous job with our poodle Billie. She was the calmest she’s ever been being picked up from a grooming appointment. I could tell they took great care of her. Nails were done perfectly. Did her hair cut exactly as I asked. 10/10!

While not the most frequent customer, we've been bringing our dog to the LaundryMutt for close to 2-years. We had a bad experience with his cut approximately 2 years ago. Gave benefit of doubt, talked to the front desk and they made note for future reference. Next cut (or two) were fine, we always confirmed instructions and special notes with drop off. Today, another bad experience identical to first and special instructions were confirmed and noted on drop-off. Even if they ran into special circumstances, would have expected courtesy call before proceeding and/or an acknowledgment on pick-up. Received neither, they offered 20% off next cut after receiving my irate callback. Unfortunately, it's not about the money, they've lost my trust as a customer. We will now find a new groomer. Cannot recommend in good faith. Update: We received a very apologetic call from the owner who made a sincere effort to address our grievance. We empathize with independent business owners who genuinely want to provide a top notch customer experience. The follow-up effort is enough to give me pause and reconsider finding another groomer.
