About The Grooming Collective
The Grooming Collective is a low volume salon, the home to PAWS of RVA Pet Spa, LLC and Furr Babies. They are certified with the Virginia Professional Groomers Association and have won awards for favorite local and neighborhood groomer. We offer options for pets that have been turned away from other salons for medical issues such as: anxiety and seizures as well as some behavioral issues. We offer basic services all the way to our all inclusive haircut/bathing services. We take pride in developing relationships with not only with our pet parents but our four legged clients.
The Grooming Collective is a pet groomer in Highland Springs, Virginia. It is listed at 16 E Nine Mile Rd, Highland Springs, VA 23075, which places it among the local businesses of Highland Springs that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

If you know Jai, you know she is the best of her best in the dog grooming industry. Jai groomed my beloved Yorkie Mr. Biggs for 11 years from 2007 until he passed in 2018. He only loved her, no one else and she was so good with him, she loves the animals she grooms like her own and treats her clients like family. Fast forward, she now cuts my sweet Beau’s hair. He’s 11 months old and she is so patient and gentle as she was when Biggs was a puppy. She takes her time, she makes not of any skin conditions - that’s how I found out that my Beau has allergies, she does an excellent job with his nails and training him with the grinder too. She is a one of a kind and you will NOT find a better groomer for your pet! She will always take care of my babies. Mr Biggs (Yorkie) is pictured on the Left, Beau (Shih Tzu/Yorkie) on the right.

Willow does such an amazing job with my 17-year-old hospice doggy, Archie. She’s very easy and gentle with him. He comes back looking so handsome and groomed perfectly. I love picking him up and seeing him in the most precious bowties. Thank you Willow!

Brittany is excellent! I recently adopted my dog who was abandoned so I did not want to leave him somewhere by himself to get him groomed. Brittany allowed me to stay with him so he wouldn’t be scared during his first grooming. She was so sweet and so loving towards my dog and the other dogs I saw her grooming! Highly recommend her!! Thank you so much Brittany!
