Kale was sweet and understanding of my situation, and helped our Pug, Freddy, immensely. Already scheduled his next visit!

Kale is the best! She took her time with our boy Frank. He needed a good spa day. She did a deshedding treatment on him and boy did she have her work cut out for her. Who knew a medium shorthair pup shed so bad. She did such a great job! She will be Franks groomer from here out. Highly recommend her services.

I got my mini-goldendoodle at 8 weeks. I started getting him groomed at 10 weeks & I went to 3 different groomers. I wasn't happy with any of them, so I tried the Groom Room. I was SO happy with Kale when I met her. She obviously loves dogs and my dog loved her immediately. She listened to what I wanted regarding his cut, and did a fantastic job. She takes her time & makes sure everything is as requested. My pup gets excited everytime he sees her, so I know she's treating him good. I also love the fact that she has her own personal grooming salon set up in her garage. Go see Kale... You won't regret it! The Groom Room is the way to go!
