Between the Kansas City, Kansas and Olathe locations, I have taken my two Cocker Spaniels to The Groom Gallery for more than three years. When the State Avenue location closed, I began making the 30-minute one-way drive to the Olathe location because I had always been pleased with the services provided. Unfortunately, my last two experiences have changed that opinion. Two weeks ago, I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment for both dogs. We take our mini Irish doodle here (3 times so far) and have a great experience! Today he got his Summer trim and used the second shortest blade option and it looks so good on him! I told my husband it gave his coat a cashmere look! 😂

Business owner has a bunch of excuses of why our dog was cut so short. Some were understanding but was never told about schedule for mini golden doodle. Comparing a dog grooming business to a hair salon seems absolutely asinine when it comes to saying that you can’t make a dog sit still or not bite as you would to a human. Owner also is arguing on Facebook highly unprofessional.

We brought Milo for his first groom. It was a great experience for all. All the staff was very kind and loving towards Milo. Made us all feel comfortable and assured. He looked great! So glad we found the groom gallery! We will definitely continue to bring Milo in for all his grooming needs.

We had an amazing experience here earlier this summer! I was nervous about getting my Great Pyrenees Barry groomed because of his double coat, but this place was everything I could have asked for! I’m so thankful I found this place. Our groomer was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Groom Gallery!
