About The Furry Snippet Pet Salon
Specializing in dogs under 40 lbs. My name is Allison, I am owner and groomer at The Furry Snippet Pet Salon. I am a home based dog groomer with over 15 years grooming and business owner experience. Every pup I groom is treated as my very own with great care and love. I have had a deep connection to dogs all my life and knew I would eventually end up working with them. Grooming is not a job to me but a passion I look forward to everyday. I have recently relocated to the New Cumberland area and am looking to establish myself here. I offer full grooming services including puppy intro, de-shedding, specialized shampoo for skin conditions, blueberry facials, paw treatments, nail trimming and dremel if tolerated.

I’ve groomed my own dogs for many years. The Furry Snippet was my three dogs first professional grooming experience. Allison quickly won over our two really shy boys and our sheltie girl now loves getting groomed. Our boys require special breed specific grooming and they always look amazing after their visit. I can’t recommend The Furry Snippet highly enough!

We’ve been using The Furry Snippet for many years now, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about the care and attention Allison gives our dogs. Every visit is such a positive experience from start to finish. She is patient, kind, professional, and genuinely treats our dogs like family. Our dogs always come home looking amazing, happy, and comfortable — which says so much about the environment and level of care she provides. Over the years, she consistently has gone above and beyond, and gives us such peace of mind knowing our pets are in loving, trusted hands. Finding someone you can trust with your pets is priceless. I highly recommend The Furry Snippet to anyone looking for a talented, caring, and dependable groomer!

She took a great deal of time helping to make my dog (a new client of hers) comfortable before even starting to groom him. He looks great! Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough great things about Allison. She is absolutely wonderful with our three pugs and treats them as if they were her own family! She takes the time to not only take care of your dogs, but get to know each of them and their own personalities. If you are considering a groomer I highly recommend checking her out. She does a fantastic job and our dogs come home cleaned, refreshed, and smelling of greatness! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
