In Tallahassee, daycares and kennels usually ask for proof of rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccinations and a short temperament test before the first stay. Across Florida, holiday weekends and summer book out weeks ahead, so reserve early and ask about pickup windows, which can be shorter on Sundays. Pet sitters and walkers should be insured and bonded; ask for references and a meet-and-greet first. Check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–5 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Tallahassee is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tallahassee follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stacy has been caring for my Yorkie, Lex, for quite some time now, and I can honestly say she has done a phenomenal job. She is loving, kind, attentive, and truly has a heart for animals. Knowing Lex is in her care gives me real peace of mind because I know she’s being treated with patience, affection, and genuine love. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet, especially when they become family, but Stacy has consistently shown that she goes above and beyond to make sure Lex’s needs are met, especially with my busy schedule. Her compassion for animals is clear, and it reflects in the way she cares for them. I highly recommend Stacy to anyone looking for someone dependable, caring, and trustworthy with their pets. Lex has been in great hands. if i could give her 10 Stars I would!

Went to St George for 4 days and didn't want bugs on the leash all the time. We made a great choice letting Stacy care for him. He had a blast being able to run and play. You could see it in the videos she sends. Stacy is awesome and I highly recommend her.

We dropped off our Jasper with Stacy while we were visiting friends here in Tallahassee. Stacy is so sweet, she took great care of Jasper. Sent me videos of him playing with other dogs, treated him so well, I think he wanted to stay. We would recommend Stacy to anyone looking to board their dog. Thank you again!!!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! She took amazing care of my two dogs, Milo and Chrissy, and it was clear from the start that she truly loves animals. She spent quality time playing with them, kept them happy and comfortable, and even went above and beyond by trimming their nails — which was such a nice surprise. Milo and Chrissy were relaxed, well cared for, and clearly enjoyed their time with her. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they were in such capable and caring hands. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and kind dog sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Stacy is by far the best dog sitter. She is extremely professional and communicates consistently and clearly. She even cooks for the dogs and sends the cutest daily photos and videos. It’s evident how much she genuinely loves and cares for fur babies. 10/10—highly recommend!
