I do not recommend this groomer because she is unsafe, unethical, has unsanitary conditions where she takes your pets, she lies about having established vet care, & worst of all - people's pets "disappear" while in her care, & she says she doesn't know what she did with them. Alyssa took in two bonded dogs on a trial basis, then got rid of one without permission, gave false vet references when she said she'd established vet care, when she had no established vet care for her animals, refuses to reveal what she did or what happened to the other dog, & refuses to return the dog she still has. She's not trustworthy or safe to leave your pet with! She just might do something with your dog and "forget" what happened to it. Please be on the lookout for this sweet dog who didn't deserve whatever Alyssa did to her! *If this was untrue, as Alyssa claims in her comments, she'd have bo problem proving it by simply stating what she did with the missing dog. The fact that she's not willing to do that, & that she's deleting reviews asking the dog's whereabouts, speaks volumes.

I cannot recommend this business based on the recent situation as a foster home. Two dogs were placed with this groomer on what was represented as a foster/trial arrangement. One of those dogs was rehomed without the knowledge or permission of the organization that placed the dogs with her and the location of that dog has still not been disclosed despite repeated requests. The second dog has also been requested back, but has not been returned. Throughout this situation, communication seemed to have been poor and important questions have gone unanswered. If you are considering trusting this business with your pets, I encourage you to carefully research and ask questions before doing so. My experience has raised serious concerns about accountability and transparency of animal care for a business that's focused on animals. For those reasons, I cannot recommend this business.

Alyssa did a great job with my 30lb cat. He has never been groomed and did so good! This was all due to her awesome personality and wonderful way with pets. She has a heart of gold!

I cannot recommend working with this groomer. She agreed to foster two dogs and accepted responsibility for establishing veterinary care. Instead, one of the dogs was given away without notifying or obtaining approval from the organization that placed them with her, despite the organization retaining responsibility for the animals. When asked for information regarding the dogs new home so follow up could happen, Alyssa said that she could not provide the information for the new owner. Additionally, the dog she supposedly kept in her home was never taken to establish the promised veterinary care. When these concerns arose, we contacted the veterinary clinic she had listed as her reference. The clinic informed us that, according to their records, she had not brought her own pets in for care in years. Trust, transparency, and following agreed-upon protocols are vital for anyone who cares for animals. Based on this experience, I would never recommend entrusting animals to her care.

Alyssa always does such a wonderful with my guy. I have had some bad experiences with other places in the area. Scout is nervous when there are too many dogs around. Alyssa always communicates well and gets him in on her slower days so he can be more comfortable! Highly recommend :)
