About The Doodle Detailer

Located at Get Directions, 5636 SW 29th St, Topeka, KS 66614, The Doodle Detailer operates as a pet groomer serving Topeka in Kansas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. You can reach The Doodle Detailer at (808) 561-9438; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 31 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pet groomers in Topeka.

Topeka is in Kansas, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Topeka follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have been taking my dog here for around 6 years. Pris is extremely knowledgeable and is a lifelong learner! I know if I have any questions on how to care for my dog Teddy’s coat or skin I can ask away! Teddy comes back from a groom smelling fresh and looking adorable! Teddy can be a bit nervous but loves getting groomed by Pris. I can count on Pris to keep Teddy healthy and happy! A true talent!

Had taken my dog here before and never had a bad experience. However my dog just got a haircut here last Wednesday and first off we called multiple times to book an appointment to no reply. My sister finally got a text from them and they were slow to respond. Took like two weeks just get in contact with them and finally book an appointment. Gotten a trim here before, and it looked nice. Literally I don’t think they even cut my dog’s hair this time, it is the same exact length as it was before the haircut. And I can tell when I review the photos of her prior to her haircut. Even folks at the dog park told me we were ripped off. Complete waste of $60.

Our first appointment at the Hippie Hound Lounge went great and we are really happy with everything. Pris groomed our dog with a full service groom and she did a great job! I will be going back regularly and i would not hesitate to recommend this business!!!

Always gracious and kind with our dogs. Grooming is perfect. The dogs are tolerant of the experience but have asked me to share their opinion that baths are an unnecessary evil.
