Took my dog here to get groomed recently. Want to preface by saying super nice and friendly staff overall. But, upon arrival to seeing my dog she was a lot shorter than we had talked about. She was also scooting on our carpet afterwards. Also found some dried blood inside her ear following the appointment. Tried to do the contact form and yet to receive an email following this.

Julena did an amazing job grooming Navy Beau. I’m very satisfied with the service from start to finish. She was professional, gentle, and clearly cares about animals. My pet looked great and was comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Julena to anyone looking for a reliable groomer.

We took our two poodles for the first time to The Dog Stop today for grooming. We first went and were given a great tour by Sarah. She was so friendly and kind and showed us all that they offered. When our dogs went today, we were greeted warmly and the dogs seemed happy to be there. The groomer was excellent and knowledgable and kind. She did a great job with our dogs! I highly recommend. We will be back!

The Dog Stop is our dog’s favorite place to go! We bring our Bear there for daycare, and the way they care for him gives us so much peace of mind. They treat him like he’s their own, and it shows in how excited he is every time we walk through the doors. We also took him for his very first grooming today, and Julena was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and made the whole experience so positive for him. You can genuinely tell that she and the entire staff have such a deep love for dogs. These are the only people we fully trust with Bear, and the only place we drop him off without any anxiety. We’re so grateful we found them. Thank you everyone at the dog stop! We love you guys🩷🩷

Try The Dog Stop if you're interested in your dog being happy while they are being groomed. I stopped by there just to see what they're about. The receptionist was so welcoming. After a bruef conversation, she offered to give me a tour. When I made an appointment, she was so personable and accommodating with my schedule. When I brought my dog in, they greeted me and then immediately turned to my dog and greeted him. The attention and care they showed is the epitome of customer service excellence. I really like them. My dog has been 2x so far. He is not hesitant when we walk in (unlike when I took him to a different groomer). He pulls on his leash because he's so happy to get in there. They are so loving to dogs, and people too! And, they are reasonably priced for their services!! Give them a try! Before and after piks are attached
