The staff here are amazing as is the owner. They love your dogs just as much as you do. My dogs are well cared for here during daycare and when they need to be boarded. They love daycare days and come home exhausted from the physical and mental stimulation. This is so important especially on rainy days. Every couple of moths I also have their nails trimmed while they are at daycare which make on less appointment I have to make and take them to. We love the dog bark!

This is the best dog boarding/daycare facility in Salem! I wish I could give them more stars. The care they have for our pup Josie is hard to find. We have tried other facilities and The Dog Bark exceeds expectations. It’s easy for drop offs and pick ups, the staff is incredibly friendly, and I feel good leaving our dog with them. We will continue to come to them.

My son boarded his dog at Dog Bark when he went to drill (he is in the Air Force), and he was so impressed by how they treated him that he suggested I try them. I did, and Sandy has been going at least twice a week for socialization because loves it. She gets excited to see all the people who work there, and she adores all the dogs. She loves playing in both the small and large dog areas, and she gets to enjoy a spacious outdoor area, which is wonderful since we don't have a back yard. I especially appreciate how I've seen attendants sit on the floor and play with the dogs, throw balls and toys for them, and pet them often. They all seem to love the animals and their jobs. We don't have to board her often, but when we have, it is great to know they have attendants around 7-8 pm to check the "guests" and allow them an extra hour of play and potty breaks. We also appreciate the round-the-clock cams so we can watch our fur baby enjoying herself. Sandy and her humans thank you and appreciate you all for the 1+ years we've been coming, and she looks forward to many future fun days.

Our lab cannot get enough of the Dog Bark and we love it too! The ease of drop off and pick up is so convenient. It’s very clean inside and even smells pleasant for a kennel full of dogs! We also love the outdoor area so the dogs aren’t trapped inside all day. When we go on vacation we like to use the webcams to check in and feel comforted our pup is under good care while we’re gone. I have a husky mix that loves this place. They have a large dog section and small dog section. There is also a small outdoor area. Complementary dog treat bar with a bag of those treats available for purchase if your pup likes it. While my dog can no longer be boarded there (she's an escape artist who helped other dogs get out of their cages) they do offer great accommodations for boarding. Even with the boarding ban for my dog I do still bring her for daycare when needed.
