Just wonderful. I watch my dogs closely when we came home from groomers. So reasonable and they were great with my dogs. They are my groomers now. So happy I found them. ( moved to Allen a few months ago)

This was my first time taking my fur baby here. Thank you to the staff here for being amazing! Jennifer reached out so quickly after the online inquiry and was able to get Hank in for his celebratory Gotcha Day! He was in such a good mood and smelled amazing! Thank you all for taking care of my baby.

I loved my first experience here! They calmed my fur mama’s heart and took care of my senior dog. She turned out so beautiful! The attention to detail was amazing! I will definitely be back!

Extremely rude older lady at the front desk. I took my dog in and specifically told her I don’t want a summer cut I just want a “slight trim” his hair is thin I don’t want his skin showing. I even went back from the car to make sure she understood and she said don’t worry about it we will take good care of him. I pick him up and he was scalped uneven everywhere. I didn’t even recognize my dog. I asked where he was and she was standing there holding him. He is a Maltese his face was shaved all the way down everywhere. I already paid the $60 for the cut. I asked her this was not what I told her and she said “it’s just hair it will grow back” I told her I paid for a certain cut and I don’t even know what this is. She started yelling “oh you are just trying to get something for free. And what does it matter I can’t glue the hair back on. I asked her and why are you yelling and you guys were highly recommended and this what I paid for I’m still trying to figure it out , what happened and no I don’t want my money back I wanted a him to have a certain look he looks nothing like a Maltese. She said there are plenty of pet grooming down the street that will take us. I told her yes but I
