Blanco has been at The Cat’s Inn several times even for 3 weeks. He always comes home meowing, telling us about his stay. He receives great care and attention and as a Siamese he demands it. Thank you!!!

I would not recommend Cats Inn based on my experience. The policies and pricing felt unreasonable, and there appeared to be a lack of understanding and compassion regarding individual circumstances. What was especially concerning was being threatened with having cats put up for adoption, which I found to be extremely upsetting, inappropriate, and cruel for pet owners trying to navigate difficult situations. In addition, the information provided was inconsistent and seemed to be based on assumptions rather than clear communication. The customer service experience was also disappointing. The front desk staff member I interacted with was rude, unprofessional, and lacked empathy when addressing concerns and questions. As a pet owner, I expected respectful treatment and a focus on the well-being of the animals involved. Overall, due to the poor customer service, concerning policies, and the distress caused by the threats regarding pet adoption, I cannot recommend Cats Inn to others seeking a safe and supportive place for their pets.

On Friday, April 10, 2026, we brought our cat (Kaz) to The Cat's Inn for an appointment to have her nails trimmed and a bath. When my husband arrived to drop off our cat, around 9:30 a.m., he was asked by the front desk clerk if our cat was given Gabapentin. He told the young lady at the front that our cat was given Gabapentin around 3 a.m. that morning. The young lady proceeded to say that she will need to speak to the manager if they are able to give our cat a nail trim. The manager, she said her name was Victoria U., came out and proceeded to tell my husband that the last time Kaz was at their facility that she had scratched the person cutting her nail. Well, that is news to him. When we had Kaz's nail trimmed the previous time, there was never any mention of her scratching anyone. The only thing we were told was that she was a little jumpy when it came to her bath...and nothing else. At the time, we did mention that she was given Gabapentin. We were also told that The Cat's Inn will be able to register this medication to Kaz directly the next time we come in...if we did not have any in stock. This is mentioned in their web site. I live in Belmont and often pass by a cat inn. Looking through the clear glass windows is disheartening. Each box is small, and the cats do not have much space to relax, stretch, or walk around. The litter boxes are also small, barely larger than the size of the cats themselves. It is disappointing that the cat inn could provide larger boxes with more space. While this is a temporary facility for the cats until their owners return, it would be beneficial to treat it more like a human hotel, with spacious rooms, better airflow, and larger bathrooms. The Cat’s Inn has been looking after my beloved 3-generation family of kitties when we’ve been away from home for around 3 years. Usually long weekends or a week to two during vacations. They’ve always been super. This year was something quite different though, and our fur babies had an extremely long stay at The Cat’s Inn. For 8 months this year; Maggy, Victoria, Sati, and all the fabulous team at The Cat’s Inn have taken care of our 5 kitties as if they were their own pets. My family and I are utterly grateful and impressed by their dedication and commitment to what they do. They truly love cats!
