This place is absolutely beautiful. I came here for my 3 year anniversary and I was blown away. The cost is steep but for a special occasion it is so worth it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are stunning and private and it feels like you are staying in a real Japanese spa. The scenery is the best I have ever seen and this whole experience felt like I stepped into a time machine. Amazing experience, very relaxing and the most scenic stay I have ever been to in the US. 10/10 experience.

I love a good soaking, with a cold plunge, and a sauna/steam room that heats to bake me like a potato. Repeat, rinse. Great facility. Great showers, I recommend using the downstairs shower. A little larger, with a nice Japanese bench to put the shoes on. Staff is spectacular, and the ambience left me, cleansed, drained, and ready for their next-door restaurant.

Exceptional service and relaxing spa experience. I didn’t stay at the hotel or eat at the restaurant so this review is just for the basic spa experience and massage. Valli was really special. She gave me an incredible massage and made me feel cared for. The massage room was spacious and so peaceful, situated in the woods. If I visit the area again, I will definitely be back.

Good experience overall. The rooms and grounds were neat, Japan themed. Resort has tons of stairs to spa, but they offer a shuttle for those not in shape. Restaurant was good, Asian food theme. Prices are high relative to area spa competition, but mostly justified. We had good massages with Marisol and Lotus.
