UPDATE: The owner responded but the fact that she defended her legacy as a business yet ignored every fact, tells you all you need to know. I don't know why anyone would leave their dog here. 1) They only let the dogs out twice a day. 2) The crates are insanely small. Big enough for a medium dog to lay in the floor or on the cot but nowhere else. Two medium dogs would FILL the cage. 3) The entire staff leaves at 6pm, the poor pups are ALONE 6pm until the staff comes back in at 7:45am. A loving kennell would be staffed 24/7. You charge plenty to do at least that. 4) Your poor dog would have to hold their potty from 6pm to AT LEAST 8am, maybe longer. That's 14 hours!!! NOTHING can hold it's bladder 14 hours. They'll lay in their urine, it's inhumane. 5) Sunday, checkout time is 12pm and if you're past that time you pay for that night. However, they conviently don't open until 1pm so no matter what, you pay them for Sunday night. Such a scam. 6) I witnessed staff DRAG dogs back to the cages because they didn't want to go back in the cages. They were DESPERATE for human contact. You can have someone come house sit through Rover for less money. If you love your pup, do NOT brin

I recently reached out to inquire about boarding for my dog and was informed that they are unable to accept him solely because of his breed. He is an 11-year-old red nose pit bull who has lived peacefully with two cats and a 2-year-old child. Over the years, he has also been around Chihuahuas (including puppies), other pit bulls, rats, and kittens without any issues. It’s disappointing to see decisions made based on breed rather than individual temperament and behavior. Policies like this raise concerns about whether dogs are being evaluated fairly and knowledgeably. For anyone considering this facility, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about how they assess dogs, what experience they have with different breeds, and how they handle temperament evaluations. A boarding provider should be confident in their ability to safely and appropriately care for a wide range of dogs. Breed-based exclusions are something potential clients should be aware of before making a decision.

We are very protective pet parents and I was very anxious to leave Scout. I am excited that we have found a place that we can trust for our German shepherd to stay. The staff was comfortable with 104 pounds of puppy excitement and he came home clean and happy . Thank you for a wonderful job and we now have peace of mind when we travel that our “family” member is well loved and taken care of .

They do a fabulous job boarding our dog! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Everything is very clean! The staff is always so happy to see our pup!

This company refused to board our American Staffordshire Terrier without even meeting him, citing Insurance Restrictions. If 1-star was not the minimum, I'd give them 0-stars. Please consider boarding your dogs elsewhere. Clearly this company lacks the imagination to look for an insurance company that doesn't discriminate against breeds or are happy doing so. Update: Your response is an inadequate attempt to transfer blame to your insurance company. As noted above you have a choice of insurance companies, so please don't pretend to care. Update 2023: This place refuses to list their insurance company or that company's written policy forbidding the American Staffordshire breed. Please boycott this place!
