I have not taken my dog here in quite awhile because I don't really have a need for daycare, but I have four half day passes left so I thought to use them. I signed him up for a half day yesterday for today and I went to take him and they said he was not on the list #1 and #2 that since he hasn't been in awhile that he would need reassessed. Okay, I understand that, but if your bookkeeping was more organized then you would have reached out to me before my designated drop off time that I scheduled for today so that I didn't waste my time and gas bringing my dog for drop off just to be turned away. What if I lived in Cleveland and brought my dog down here before work in Canton and then had to call off work due to this mistake? What if I had a strict boss where if I'm late I could have been fired? I think this was poor customer service in which Georgie should have been accepted as I DID reserve him, and it is not on me that it was not looked at in time when you know last minute (in this case 24 hours before) reservations can occur and this really made me upset. They asked if they could keep the vet records I brought and I said sure but I will probably never bring him back at this poin

I don’t think I could say enough good things about this place! My pups were very well cared for, very happy, and very healthy when we picked them up! Plus look at the cute pics they took 😬. After a nightmare experience with a previous kennel, we were skeptical at ever boarding them again, but at Tails, they got to play, and have fun!! We had peace of mind looking in on them on the cameras & every single staff member is absolutely so kind & helpful! Not one time did we feel we were asking too many questions, or were putting them out - everyone was amazing. I’m extremely comfortable taking my pup children here again & again! Thanks so much to the entire staff for taking great care of our babies!!!!

Our dog Bandit Ioves coming to Tails Inn the City for daycare and boarding. We love having a place for him to go while we are on vacation that we trust and know he will get a lot of playtime. Would highly recommend Tails Inn the City.

From just about a few months old to little over 2 years old now, The team at Tails in the City have taken care of our little bitty Teddy. They are like his family he loves to go see them and play with his best pup pals. His first best pal beau moved away and now he loves to play with Obe. Thank you Tails in the city for making me not worry about Teddy while I’m at work :) highly recommend!!

Been using their day care for a year. My dog, Delta gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and rushes to the dog room door. When she gets home, it’s sleep time till the next day. Brian and his staff have always been accommodating to us and treats Delta like their own
