We had to most amazing experience today! It was Momo’s first time at a groomer and we made no mistake in trusting Steffy and her husband to take care of our girl. I really appreciated the friendly updates and photos throughout the process as I was a nervous cat-mom waiting to see how it would go. Momo left so calm and happy, she actually slept in her crate on the way home. She not only looks and smells great, but she’s so happy! We will absolutely be back. Thank you both!!

I highly recommend this cat grooming company! I booked an appointment with Kitty City Cat Grooming after my ragdoll cat had developed terrible matting on his tummy. I knew that this would be a stressful process for him as he comes from a cat-hoarding situation and is very anxious and skittish in unfamiliar environments. Because of this, I understood that I needed to find the best cat groomer in the area, and that is exactly who I found. Steffy was quick to call as soon as I booked the appointment to learn more about my cat and his needs. She was very accommodating and understanding, and after hearing about how bad his knots were, was able to move my appointment up earlier so that he could be seen as soon as possible. She saw how nervous I was when I dropped him off and reassured me that she would do everything in her power to keep him safe and comfortable, which she did. Halfway through the appointment, I received a call from Steffy to say that he was doing wonderfully and that he just melted in her husband's arms and was such a sweetheart. This warmed my heart and helped me feel less anxious about how he was doing. When I picked him up, he was as happy as could be and looked beau

Stephanie is the absolute best! My handsome boy has gotten pretty intolerable with grooming at home as he’s gotten older but is so comfortable with her. He comes home every time with the perfect haircut. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I am so thankful for the experience I had here today! Even after just the consultation call it's clear that Steffy loves what she does and is great at it. I was very anxious to take my equally anxious long haired girl to the groomer for the first time and Steffy was so communicative, kind and thorough during entire process. My girl didn't even meow on the ride home and just loafed in her carrier. She seems like she feels so much better and is so relaxed, looks adorable and smells amazing. We'll definitely be back :)

I LOVE THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. I took my long-haired cat, Teddy, to see Steffy and her husband today, and I cannot recommend them enough! They utilize a two-person grooming technique that is standard for their services, which provides such a great sense of security and a quiet/calm environment. Even though Teddy is normally a "Teddy bear," he unexpectedly became stressed and reactive during his bath and groom. Steffy and her husband handled the situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understandably, they were unable to finish because of my cat's reaction, but they worked with me on what to do next to reach the goals we set for my cat's grooming wellness together! Why I’m making them my permanent groomers: Safety First: They knew exactly when to stop for the safety of both the groomers and my cat. Expert Guidance: They provided clear, helpful advice on next steps, including how to get medication from our regular Veterinarian to help Teddy stay calm for future routine visits. Communication: They are proactive and communicative—definitely keep your phone nearby because they stay in touch throughout the process, as necessary! Genuine Kindness: Despite the scratch
