Stopped here on a road trip back home. It was very late so take that into account. A sign on the front door read the men’s bathroom was out of order downstairs. Walking in the security reiterated the men’s bathroom was out but the women’s was open. My partner and I, male and female, separated to use our respective bathrooms. The female bathroom I used was a typical road side bathroom, clean enough to relieve yourself and get back on the road, flushable toilet, toilet paper, soap, water and empty paper towel holder. My partner; however, that had to go use the working men’s room upstairs… was greeted with a much different experience. Up the stairs he first encountered a 12ish seat movie theater with a man fully reclined and asleep. He then walked down an empty hallway to find said door to men’s bathroom. Upon entering he found the urinal was almost overflowing with stale urine and the stalls were occupied by other people for a very long time. The entire experience made us feel the need to burn our clothes and sanitize our entire bodies afterwards. But ultimately, I just want to know what movie was playing that evening.

Steer clear of this place! Their staff will wake you up in the middle of the night claiming you’re parked in a reserved spot! My truck was parked in a space with no "Reserved" signage—and there were four other trucks parked right next to me! They woke everyone up and forced us all to pay! The security guards just said, "The boss says these spots are reserved, too!"

Very dirty. No toilet paper. When I asked about the toilet paper I was told to go to the gas station next door. No hot food. Bathroom sink was broken. The bathroom floor was sticky. They have tobacco on display but aren't allowed to sell it. Employees are rude. Parking lot has massive pot holes. Even the security guard is constantly on his phone. Never in all my time trucking have I ever seen a place as bad as this. How are they even open? Then have the nerve to charge us for parking. Crazy. Went to shower there and the sink was caked up with hair

I Stopped at this TA Truck Stop and had a really good experience. This location was safe and well maintained, the parking lot was clean . I also noticed they have security which made my stop even more comfortable and safe especially at night. The employees was great very nice & welcoming. The showers & restrooms were clean and the store was clean and had plenty of hot food .” I also want to give a special shoutout to chief cook who was working there this weekend as a security guard he was soooooo awesome and had great customer service. Real nice guy. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares about people’s safety. He was very professional and helpful .” Greated everyone with a positive attitude, that’s what I like to see and hear makes people wanna come back , I highly recommended this store & definitely will be coming back.”

Stopped for the night. There is free parking in the middle but fills up before 1700. I paid $22 for reserve parking. Driver lounge, laundry, and showers is upstairs. Showers aint bad. The best part is the staff, not overly friendly but they do their job especially security. If you're in a reserve spot without a receipt, security will pull up on you. Reserve spots started to fill up at about midnight.
