The people are very friendly and easy to work with! Their facility is clean and the vibes were great. My dogs got the bath and nail trim, any one dog also got the deshed combo. I was not impressed with the dashed as she is shedding everywhere, 2 days after the visit. Hopefully, this will get better soon bc the hair is crazy! Lol. Otherwise, my dogs were not terrified when we picked them up which is the most important factor for us. I will definitely use them again and follow-up.

Sydney's has a new groomer. I took my furry baby to her. She did a wonderful job. It was so easy to get him in. Everyone there was friendly. He was so soft and smelled amazing when I picked him up. She also did an amazing job trimming his nails which is not always easy with my boy. I will be bringing him back. Would definitely recommend her.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sydney’s Dog Daycare after being a loyal customer for nearly three years. My dog, Zefir, attended daycare almost weekly during that time. I consistently asked staff for feedback on his behavior and was always told he was doing well and enjoying himself. That is why I was shocked to suddenly receive a call informing me that he had been involved in a fight and was now permanently banned due to what was described as a “continuous problem.” During the call, management referenced a prior boarding stay where Zefir was allegedly removed from group play for 3 out of 7 days. However, at the time of that stay, I had already raised concerns because his FI GPS tracker showed staff were not following our agreed care instructions. He was left in daycare longer than requested and did not receive his scheduled individual walks. Staff acknowledged those mistakes at the time and said they would address them internally. What is most frustrating is that I was never informed of any ongoing behavioral concerns before today. Had those concerns been communicated earlier, we could have worked proactively to address them. Instead, after years of po

Our dogs love this place. Staff is accommodating knowledgeable and kind. Facility is clean and modern. We have done daycare and multiple short and longer term boardings. It is a 5 star facility. I give it 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. It is quite expensive. We usually have 2 dogs attending daycare, boarding or both. The base and add on charges push costs well over $100/day. 2. They don't have any live cameras to log into to view your pet. Most other pet daycares have this ability. It may be a liability or privacy decision, but I wish I could see my puppies.... They are a safe, clean, fun and reliable choice. We will continue to attend. Just wish it was a little less expensive....

Sydney’s has been absolutely amazing as a doggie daycare! They take such great care of my boy, Paco and I always feel comfortable knowing he’s in such good hands. The staff is kind, attentive and truly cares about the dogs. Paco is always happy and excited when he goes, which says everything. I’m so thankful to have found a place that treats him like family. Highly recommend Sydney’s to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy daycare for their pup!
