I now have my love, my, Ms. Amelia aka "Mimi". She's a coton de tulear puppy. Isaac and everyone, yes, I mean all the staff chipped in to work together to make it a wonderful, absolutely pawsitive experience from beginning to end. I was just "planning" to peak at some options and I'm leaving with my puppy today! 😲MG!!! 🐶 🐾 ❤️ 💜💖💝 They thought of everything. An all inclusive leave with your puppy and you have a trainer, vet, insurance and more with one price. Sooo worth it!!!

Thank you so much I finally purchased my very first dog that’s I’ve been wanting since I was 8 years old. Honestly have very great customer service. I truly appreciate Leah and Isaac for helping me out through the process of what it’s like to own a dog and for financing options. They both truly made things easier for me to understand and helped accommodate me as much as they could. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get their first puppy! 10/10. When I first walked in the place was very neat and well taken care of. The puppies look very healthy and honestly like I said customer service was impeccable!! Looking forward to purchasing a dog from them again in the future!!!!

sadly, i agree with the negative reviews with SuperStar Puppies. i also had similar experience with my shih tzu puppy having parasites and having to take at least 5 different medications - with also an emergency vet visit that cost me $600+. she also had a terrible ear infection. i wish that i had read the reviews before making the purchase, but i feel that i saved my little gal, Rosie (Fluff on their website) - and she is really the sweetest little pup. the pricing is extreme - and beware if you finance the puppy as the interest rate is enormous.....so you will want to pay it off within the 3 month period before interest accrues. also the finance company already tacks on $40 fee upfront even if you do pay off the finance loan within the 90 days. money grubbing profit....be sure to read the fine print. i looked on their website and my shih tzu puppy is still listed as available so beware - SuperStar Puppies does not update their website. i purchased my puppy at the end of February - it is now the end of March....so that is terrible that customers will think certain puppies are available when they are not. i also had similar experience with booking an appt to see particular puppie

We purchased our puppy Mavis on January 14, 2026. 13 days later, we are heartbroken as we’ve had to euthanize Mavis due to a potential congenital issue that was not caught before she was sold to us. We took her home, and she won’t eat, is lethargic, and eventually began to display neurological issues. We were promised a healthy puppy. We were told she would come around to eating eventually and to give things time. We tried multiple times to contact Superstar Puppies about this issue prior to making the decision to end her suffering and were led in circles. The only solution provided was to email their “solutions team”. We were told the response here would be almost immediate and that someone is monitoring the email at all times for a prompt response. This was false. We contacted their team again after more updates from our vet. This time, in tears, explaining our situation and its urgency. The individual we spoke with never offered any condolences, only that they were unable to help us directly and for us to again file a complaint with their “solutions team” and this time it would be expedited. We asked to speak to a manager and were told we were unable to speak with them on the p
