Saco is in Maine, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Saco follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I Called Suntar's Kennels on a whim when I showed up to my cabin that was "pet friendly" all to find out my dog could not be left in the cabin unattended (even if caged) for any period of time. Afraid my children's vacation was ruined I called these guys and they told me to bring him over. He is a only a year, high energy, anxious dog and had never boarded before so I was so afraid. They answered when we called and helped us feel confident he was being well taken care of and not locked away somewhere. By time we came to get him he was trying to stay! Would recommend any day. My family thanks you for taking care of our furry child so everyone, including Gunner, could enjoy their Vacation!

The staff at Suntar's Kennels were wonderful with our two dogs this past week! It was our dogs' first time boarding away from home, and the staff took great care of them, slowly eased them into playtime with the other dogs, and were very considerate and caring with them. Many thanks, again!

They treat my little buddy like one of their own. Incredibly sweet, and caring staff, who take excellent care of my pup. My doggo goes there for daycare and now grooming as well! Cannot recommend them enough ❤️

Suntar's Kennels also does grooming. We use them to trim one of the dog's claws as he doesn't need grooming and they do a great job of taking care of this very strong dog that hates having his claws trimmed. Our Cockier Spaniel seems to view his grooming appointments as a spa day. He is always happy to go and I must say looks quite debonair after his grooming appointments. We've not had occasion to use their boarding but I looked and it appears very clean and that the animals are well cared for. There is a play area for them to get exercise. I wouldn't hesitate to board our dogs here. And the grooming service is excellent. Highly recommended.

The staff are very kind and friendly. The facility is incredibly clean and organized. Their prices are affordable. My dog really enjoys going here once a week, and I can tell she is treated well by how the staff interacts with her. She zonks out and snores after she comes home and has dinner after a day of play at Suntar. Thank you for taking good care of my crazy snow bunny Gracie. :)
