Took my French Bulldog here and left with severe hives from products they knowingly used, plus a painful ear infection from their "ear cleaning" that required a vet visit, professional cleaning, and prescription antibiotics. When we brought this to the owner's attention, he refused to take any responsibility and just hid behind generic, long AI-generated responses. Unprofessional, reckless, and zero accountability. Avoid this place.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I’m not sure how their rating is what it is. My French bulldog has hives all over his body and an ear infection after being groomed here. The hives appeared 2 days after being groomed and the ear infection about 5 days after. Upon taking him to our vet they explained how a professional groomer will know that different breeds have different sensitivities and utilize their expertise to determine what is best for which breed. We reached out to the owner Ruben after the front desk assistant instructed us to and he informed us that it’s a “one size fits all” treatment for all dogs. And that it is up to the customer to request special treatments. He replied with an AI generated response basically saying it’s not their problem. Essentially they have no knowledge on what your dog needs and will not accept any responsibility. They stated there was no way to prove that my dog’s health issues came from their grooming services and wouldn’t offer any reimbursement or help. Our vet was appalled and she stated that this is not a professional business based on the issues and lack of knowledge. Bring your dog here if you like rolling the dice with their health!
