Our puppy Luna just stayed at Suite Paws for the first time and she did great! I love the post visit report card they share with you. It gives you some really good details about her stay.

Boarded my husky for two days. Not sure what went on during the stay but he came home very timid and depressed. We have boarded him for vacations before and this has never been his behavior. We watched the camera and noticed around 4:30 pm his cot was full of urine. I called and no one answered so he ended up sleeping on the concrete for hours. We also paid for an exit bath and he came home smelling horrible. We used to the client portal assuming there would be notes or updates but nothing.

We loooove Suite Paws! The staff is so kind and friendly - they're always thorough in their care for our pup when she's boarding and when she's at daycare. My dog (and the staff) are always so excited when she goes to daycare!

This was my first time boarding at Suite Paws and it was truly the best experience. The front staff was super friendly at arrival, very quick and efficient. Abby greeted us and I was so comforted by the care and warmth she showed to my pet. During her stay, Yasmin, Melinda and Lailah kept me updated on her activities and well-being. It was such a relief to know how my pet was adjusting on her first away from home experience. They were super! I opted to have my baby temp tested for doggie daycare and Mikayla made sure she was safe and comfortable. Her daycare photos posted on Facebook were the bomb. The camera available in her suite was easy to access, always available and gave me such peace of mind. The bathing staff were phenomenal- big shout out to Trish and Joseph for keeping her calm and sending me pics of her spa like experience. Her nails were beautiful and she smelled fantastic! Thanks to Heather for an easy check out experience and Yasmin for the extra care getting my pup in the car, it was beyond the call of duty and so appreciated. Thanks again to everyone, we will definitely be back and will recommend Suite Paws to our friends.

EDIT: Added another star. Suite Paws communicated with me their apologies and offered a free bath for both of my dogs which was very kind and appreciated. I will give Suite Paws another chance the next time I need to board the pups. I have used Suite Paws a few times now. I usually don't like to board them anyways and find a friend or family member to watch them because I always feel like boarding places nickel and dime you, so while I think only taking the dogs out to go to the bathroom two times and charging to include his pills in his food when feeding him is outrageous, I know that isn't specific to Suite Paws. What I do think is outrageous, and I didn't notice it until I left Suite Paws, was that my dog had literal poop on both of his legs and all around his butt. It was quite crusty so it's been sitting on him for a while as well. He is white so it's pretty obvious to see and I am just shocked that someone would return the dog to an owner in that condition and expect a repeat customer. I will continue to try and use friends and family before boarding them, but in a case I have to board them again I will probably look elsewhere to try first. They also just bumped up their pr
